Collect drinking water from the air - condensers and collectors

One of the main challenges we will face after our move to Hungary is that of water reclaimation & conservation. We wish to make as little impact on groundwater/domestic-supplied water as possible and to this end we realise that we'll need to reclaim rainwater, re-use domestic washing/showering (grey) water and basically find water any way we can. At the time of writing this I have read a couple of articles via Inhabitat which deal with dew collectors. These devices allow the (fairly simple & easy) condensation and collection of early morning/night moisture.
